The candidate will conduct in-person visits, presentations, and networking to expand the client base, educate on SERVPRO services, and manage social media efforts as part of a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years marketing coordination experience
• Proven ability to build and maintain B2B relationships with property managers and insurance professionals
• Strong organizational and communication skills; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with property management companies, insurance professionals, commercial property owners
• Educate prospective clients on SERVPRO's restoration and cleaning services and rapid response
• Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups to build long-term partnerships
• Attend networking events, CE classes, trade shows, and local associations to promote brand awareness and generate leads
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, pipeline activity, and progress using CRM/marketing software
• Provide territory updates, sales reporting, and revenue forecasts to management
• Achieve and exceed sales goals in the assigned territory
