The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships and grow the sales pipeline within a fast-paced restoration services environment.

The role emphasizes field presence, presentations, and social media management, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Marketing Coordinator required, preferably in restoration, property management, commercial services, or insurance-related industries.
• Proven ability to build and maintain B2B relationships with property managers and insurance professionals.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with property management companies, insurance professionals, commercial property owners, and other key decision-makers
• Educate prospective clients on SERVPRO’s restoration and cleaning services, emphasizing our rapid response, professionalism, and reliability
• Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups to build long-term partnerships
• Attend networking events, CE classes, trade shows, and local association meetings to promote brand awareness and generate leads
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, pipeline activity, and progress using CRM/marketing software
• Provide consistent territory updates, sales reporting, and revenue forecasts to management
• Achieve and exceed sales goals in your assigned territory
