Job summary

Nextiva is seeking a Field Marketing professional to drive partner/channel marketing for 25-40 channel partners in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will design engaging campaigns, webinars, and live events, and manage vendor relationships end-to-end.

Based onsite in Scottsdale, you will collaborate with the VP of Channel Marketing and cross-functional teams to accelerate pipeline and implement AI-powered insights for faster execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year in field/partner marketing or B2B demand gen.
• Experience designing programs independently.
• Experience selecting vendors and negotiating terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead field marketing strategy for 25-40 channel partners.
• Design campaigns, webinars, roadshows, and regional events.
• Select vendors and negotiate scope and pricing for partner events.
• Direct partner conferences and regional events, ensuring vendor accountability.
• Analyze partner-sourced pipeline and identify interventions to close gaps.
• Ensure brand and messaging standards are applied to partner initiatives.
• Utilize AI to speed up event planning and outreach.
