Upwind is seeking a passionate Field Marketer to join our marketing team and help expand our presence across the East Coast.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute field marketing programs including regional events, meetups, executive dinners, and industry conferences.
• Collaborate with sales and demand generation teams to drive regional pipeline and accelerate deal velocity.
• Manage logistics, vendor relationships, and promotional materials for all in-person and hybrid events.
• Customize campaign messaging for regional audiences, aligning with brand and product marketing strategies.
• Measure and optimize the performance of field programs based on data and insights.
• Establish a strong presence for Upwind within key East Coast tech hubs and industry groups.

Minimum Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in field or event marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, preferably in cybersecurity or DevOps.
• Proven success in generating measurable pipeline through regional programs.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the East Coast region.
