Renuity, through Mad City Windows & Baths, is seeking a Field Marketer in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you will engage with homeowners via direct outreach to introduce our remodeling services without the need to sell. The average first-year earnings range from $55,000 to $75,000, with top earners exceeding $85,000. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, outgoing, and eager to learn sales strategies.

We offer a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, PTO available from Day 1, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience required, but prior experience is a plus.
• Availability to work afternoons and evenings (1pm – 9pm shifts).
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for 6–8 hours a day outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners through direct outreach.
• Introduce remodeling services and generate interest.
• Schedule free in-home product demonstrations.
