Job summary

Dental Care Alliance in Florida is seeking a Field Marketer to serve as the local face of our dental specialty practices, building relationships with general dentists, pediatricians, schools and other referral partners to drive new-patient growth. This is not a traditional desk-based role, as you will be on the road working throughout our dental practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business development or field marketing.
• Proven success building professional relationships and creating new referral opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making in-person visits and initiating conversations with new contacts.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout an assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with general dentists and other referral sources.
• Identify high-potential practices and create strategic outreach plans.
• Make regular in-person visits, calls and emails to referral partners.
• Introduce specialty providers and educate referral sources on services and patient experience.
• Develop new referral relationships while strengthening existing partnerships.
• Monitor referral activity and identify opportunities to increase referral volume.
• Drive Local Business Development and coordinate outreach events.
• Represent the organization at dental, healthcare and community events.
