Job summary

Dental One As is seeking a Field Marketer to join our Naples, FL community outreach team. You will be the local face for our dental specialty practices, forging bonds with general dentists, pediatricians, schools, and businesses to increase awareness and referrals.

This is not a traditional desk-based marketing role, but a dynamic, in-person position. You will travel within the community to cultivate relationships and measure growth through new patient intake and referral partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with local dental professionals, pediatricians, schools, businesses, and referral partners.
• Increase awareness of our dental specialty practices within the Naples area.
• Drive new-patient growth by strengthening referral networks.

Are you the person who can walk into a dental office, quickly build a genuine relationship with the team, understand what matters to them, and turn that relationship into business?

We are looking for a Field Market er who is energized by people, comfortable being out in the community, and motivated by measurable growth.

This is not a traditional desk-based marketing role.

You will serve as the local face of our dental specialty practices - building relationships with general dentists, pediatricians, schools, businesses, community organizations and other referral partners to increase awareness, strengthen referral relationships and ultimately drive new-patient growth.
