Job summary

MF Professional Services, Inc. (MFPS) seeks a Field Manager to oversee voter outreach and civic engagement programs for clients including Mi Familia Vota. You will lead daily field operations, supervise staff, set goals, and ensure compliance and safety across activities.

The role requires coordinating with HR and leadership, traveling regularly, and delivering strong performance in a dynamic campaign environment. Full-time position in Norcross, GA.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field teams and campaigns.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage performance and coach staff.
• Experience with voter-contact systems (VAN/MiniVAN/EveryAction) is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for voter registration, education, canvassing, phone banking, text messaging, digital outreach, and GOTV programs.
• Supervise, schedule, train, coach, and support field staff.
• Establish daily/weekly goals, turf assignments, and staffing plans.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings, team meetings, and post-shift debriefings.
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, productivity, performance, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit and onboard field staff in coordination with HR and leadership.
• Track voter contacts, registrations, outreach activity, and performance metrics.
