Job summary

MF Professional Services, Inc. (MFPS) seeks a Canvass Lead to support voter registration, voter education, civic engagement, and voter mobilization programs for MFV and MFA clients in Norcross, GA. The role leads a canvass team, coordinates daily activities, and ensures safety and data handling.

The position requires experience in canvassing or outreach, ability to drive between locations, and strong leadership. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred for community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, training, or coaching canvassing or outreach teams.
• Experience with voter-contact systems (VAN/MiniVAN) is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities for an assigned team of canvassers.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate goals, schedules, turf assignments, and safety expectations.
• Train, coach, and provide field support to canvassers.
• Conduct door-to-door canvassing, voter registration, voter education, GOTV, and other outreach.
• Prepare and distribute turf, materials, and field equipment.
• Transport canvassers between field locations.
• Monitor attendance, performance, field activity, safety, and compliance.
• Review and enter field data using VAN, MiniVAN, spreadsheets and designated systems.
• Complete required reports and ensure voter-registration materials and confidential information are handled securely.
• Promptly report performance, safety, data-quality, or compliance concerns to management.
