Job summary

MF Professional Services, Inc. seeks an Assistant Field Manager to oversee daily voter outreach activities, supervise Canvass Leads and Canvassers, and ensure accurate data submission across VAN, EveryAction, and Blocks.

The role supports Mi Familia Vota and related programs, with focus on training, scheduling, and safety compliance. Ideal candidates have strong leadership and communication skills, experience with field teams, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Experience with voter-contact databases or platforms such as VAN, EveryAction, or similar systems.
• Experience supervising, scheduling, training, or coaching field staff.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily implementation of voter outreach, voter registration, voter education, canvassing, phone banking, text banking, and GOTV programs.
• Supervise, schedule, training, coaching field staff; monitor attendance and performance.
• Communicate daily goals, assignments, schedules, safety procedures, and performance expectations.
• Monitor field data quality and compliance; review reports in VAN, EveryAction, Blocks and spreadsheets.
• Conduct field observations, staff check-ins, shift launches, and team debriefs; provide community outreach when needed.
• Travel as required; evenings and weekends during election cycles.
