Arrow Security is seeking a proactive and experienced Field Manager to oversee security operations in NYC. This full-time role requires availability 24/7 for team management, with field work from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

• Supervising Shift Supervisors and Field Inspectors, ensuring staffing and professional standards
• Managing weekly scheduling and payroll for the Field Operations team
• Overseeing field operations, including account updates, dispatching, and emergency responses

Position Requirements:

• Retired Law Enforcement experience
• NYS Armed Security License
• Ability to carry a firearm within NYC boroughs

• CPR-AED certification (a plus)
