Job summary

Wayne Homes is seeking a Field Manager to oversee the construction of custom homes, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. This role emphasizes strong homeowner relations and coordinated teamwork with trades and internal staff.

The Field Manager will lead site activities, manage multiple homesites, and enforce scopes of work while promoting safety through OSHA 10 and CPR training. This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Comfortable in both group and independent work settings.
• Organized and self-motivated.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in construction, trade or related coursework preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

• Build and maintain excellent relationships with homeowners, co-workers, and trade partners.
• Hold vendors accountable for their responsibilities.
• Manage multiple homesites at one time.
• Learn and enforce scopes of work.
