Job summary

Aspen Contracting, Inc is seeking an experienced Field Manager to lead and develop a high-performance field team in a fast-paced environment. This hands-on leadership role requires active field involvement and a track record in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or field leadership.

You will drive performance, maintain structure, and hold the team accountable while leading from the front. Office location is Lexington area with local travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door (D2D), canvassing, outside sales, or field leadership.
• Track record in performance-driven environments.
• Ability to coach and develop others in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field-based canvassing and sales team daily.
• Remain active in the field alongside team members.
• Drive lead generation and territory execution.
• Train and develop team members on pitch delivery, appointments, and customer interactions.
• Monitor metrics: doors knocked, appointments set, conversions.
• Ensure adherence to company processes and standards.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Leadership teams.
