Erie Home is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead a 7–12 person field team in door-to-door outreach, driving lead generation and scheduling appointments with homeowners. You will recruit, train, and coach reps, ensuring a positive, high-energy environment that delivers results.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and self-motivated with a passion for helping homeowners.
• Able to manage a 7–12 person team.
• At least 1 year in canvassing, political organizing, or door-to-door sales.
• Leadership or management experience is a strong plus.
• Experience recruiting and hiring team members.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Tech-savvy with iPads and digital tools.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Full-time, up to 50 hours per week when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and recruit, train, and manage a team of 7–12 reps.
• Drive lead generation and ensure appointments with qualified homeowners.
• Oversee transportation of the team to designated neighborhoods and maintain a high-energy, results-driven environment.
• Set performance expectations, monitor progress, and provide coaching to improve results.
