This in-person role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and a hands-on leadership style. A valid driver’s license is required, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in landscape maintenance or field operations management.
• Experience supervising crews in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
• Knowledge of scheduling, routing, and job costing.
• Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel or similar tracking tools.
• Experience with landscape management software (e.g., Aspire, LMN, or similar).
• Familiarity with workplace safety practices and equipment operation.
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications or landscape plans is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Pay: $60,000 to $65,000 per year (based on experience)

Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Field Manager to lead daily operations within our growing Landscape Maintenance Division. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with experience managing landscape crews, outdoor operations, and production schedules.

The Field Manager will oversee multiple crews, coordinate routes and service timelines, and help ensure high-quality work is completed safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in operational success.
