Growing Design & Build Landscape and Hardscape Company is seeking a Landscape Lawncare Maintenance Manager/Crew Manager to lead our maintenance teams in Washington. You will plan daily routes, supervise mowing and bed care, and ensure safety and quality across all projects.

You will mentor crews, train on equipment and safety, and drive consistent performance with a focus on accountability and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional landscape maintenance experience.
• Experience leading crews or supervising field staff.
• Strong knowledge of mowing operations, bed care, pruning, and seasonal maintenance.
• Ability to manage people, resolve issues, and hold team members accountable.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time in the field and lead by example.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Landscape Lawncare Maintenance Manager/Crew Manager to lead our landscape maintenance team. The Landscape Maintenance Manager is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing mowing and maintenance crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. This role blends field leadership with planning, coaching, and accountability. You’ll be the point person for crew performance, job quality, and day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Hours & Compensation:

• Full-time position, typically 40 hours per week during the season (overtime eligible)
• Competitive hourly or salaried compensation based on experience.
