Qualifications

• At least 2 years of previous experience in building or similar maintenance.
• Ability to use a ladder in excess of 8 feet.
• Experience in event setup and takedown is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance repair tasks correctly and safely.
• Complete all assigned maintenance service requests.
• Deep carpet and tile cleaning on a quarterly basis.
• Flipping furniture and deep cleaning of tenant spaces.
