Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Field Maintenance Technician to service HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical and fuel systems across 12-15 stores in Harrison, AR and surrounding areas. Relocation assistance may be provided for candidates not in the area.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of tools and equipment used in building and mechanical trades.
Experience with installing and repairing electrical systems, plumbing, and refrigeration equipment.
HVAC certification preferred.
EPA Type 1 and 2 or Universal Certification required or ability to obtain within 180 days of hire date.
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interpret blueprints, sketches, and verbal and written instruction.
Must have the ability to respond and adjust to changing or new situations.
Work well in high stress environments and maintain professionalism.
Must have excellent guest services skills.

Responsibilities

Diagnose equipment problems and determine repairs or replacements.
Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and fuel systems in stores.
Test performance using instruments and replace defective parts.
Install electrical equipment and repair wiring, fixtures, and bulbs.
Complete service documentation after each call and submit reports.
