Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Field Maintenance Technician to service HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical systems across 12-15 stores in Dale, IN and nearby areas. The role includes travel with a company vehicle and tools provided, plus a competitive benefits package.

Relocation assistance may be offered for eligible candidates. Expect a daytime schedule Mon-Fri with no on-call weekends, ongoing documentation of work performed, and opportunities for annual bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and refrigeration systems preferred.
• EPA/Certification basics or willingness to obtain cards within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment problems and determine repairs or replacements.
• Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and fuel systems in stores.
• Install wiring and electrical components and complete service documentation.
