Family Tree Nursery, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our production farm operations. You will troubleshoot equipment issues, perform routine maintenance, and assist with facility upkeep to keep our workflows efficient and safe.

This role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to operate a range of equipment in varied weather conditions. You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to address daily tasks and seasonal demands.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Basic horticultural and product knowledge.
• Ability to operate pallet jack, forklift, skid steer, cart tug or other equipment with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facilities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues.
• Load and unload trucks and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet department goals.
• Respond to store leadership tasks and seasonal requests.
