Job summary
Lessen is seeking an experienced Field Maintenance Technician to manage maintenance for properties in our portfolio. You will own work orders, oversee budgets, and coordinate with contractors while performing hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and pool equipment.
The role is 100% in the field within the Florida region. Applicants should have 3+ years of verifiable hands-on experience in property maintenance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of verifiable, hands-on experience in property management maintenance or related trades.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance issues.
- Ability to manage work orders, budgets, and communicate with contractors/clients.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests.
- Ensure work is completed timely and to standard.
- Oversee scheduling, bids, and contractor work quality.
- Purchase maintenance supplies as needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, pool equipment, and more.
- Travel region as needed; position is field-based.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain insurance.
