Job summary

Lessen is hiring a Field Maintenance Technician to manage hands-on property maintenance for our growing portfolio in the United States. You will own work orders, oversee contractor coordination, and monitor budgets while delivering quality service to clients across properties.

Expect to travel regionally and perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs. A valid license and reliable vehicle are required, with monthly allowances and growth opportunities into leadership roles

Qualifications

• 3+ years of verifiable hands-on property maintenance experience.
• Ability to diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance issues.
• Proven ability to manage independent work orders, budgets, and coordinate with contractors.
• Current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly; 75+ lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests.
• Ensure work is completed timely and to standard.
• Oversee scheduling with contractors, obtain bids, and verify work.
• Purchase maintenance supplies for properties.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs across trades.
