The State of Montana's Department of Fish, Wildlife & Parks in Helena seeks a Maintenance Team Supervisor to lead the Region 4 maintenance team, overseeing facilities, infrastructure, and staff. You will develop workflows, set priorities for major projects, and ensure timely completion with a focus on safety and quality.

You will coordinate with regional staff, biologists, and managers, supervise Maintenance Worker I and II, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities while promoting

Formación

• Experience with weed management methods (chemical, biological, mechanical).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ArcGIS, and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of general maintenance and construction practices (carpentry, plumbing, welding, electrical work).
• Ability to train staff on safety, tools, and equipment.
• Class 4 AB State certification for water/waste-water operators, First Aid/CPR, and Pesticide Applicator license required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, oversee and inspect maintenance work across facilities and infrastructure.
• Maintain, repair, and construct buildings and structures; manage equipment fleets.
• Ensure all work is proactive and sustainable.
• Supervise Maintenance Worker I and II; maintain records of maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with regional maintenance staff, recreation managers, biologists, and other agency personnel.
