Job summary

General Dynamics Land Systems in Washington state seeks a senior manager to lead the Material Fielding Team, overseeing personnel, performance, safety, rewards and talent acquisition while coordinating fielding of the Stryker platform under USG guidance.

You will manage budgets, run a high‑performing repair/overhaul and test organization, ensure compliance with National Standards, and drive continuous improvement across vehicle operations and field sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.
• 10-15 years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Capable of obtaining and maintaining security clearance and CAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Material Fielding Team and manage personnel and work requirements.
• Provide leadership in performance management, employee relations, safety, rewards and recognition and talent acquisition.
• Plan, manage, and execute budget for the section and oversee fielding of the Stryker platform.
• Manage maintenance, training, and quality of vehicle operations and safety standards.
• Direct field site fieldings, coordinate with USG personnel, and ensure compliance with National Standards.
