Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking a Maintenance Field Manager to lead our in-house maintenance technician team across the single-family rental portfolio. You will drive field performance, ensure timely completion of work orders, and uphold our high standards.

You’ll provide hands-on technical guidance, train staff on safety and procedures, and partner with dispatch to optimize workflows. The role requires strong leadership, residential maintenance expertise, and the ability to manage high-volume field

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in maintenance, facilities management, or operations leadership.
• Experience supervising field maintenance teams.
• Residential property management or single-family rental experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field maintenance operations and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to maintenance technicians in the field.
• Develop proactive maintenance strategies to improve efficiency and reduce reactive work.
• Standardize documentation and procedures across the field team.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance staff to improve performance and service quality.
