Job summary

Targa Resources in Odessa, Texas is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and manage maintenance technicians in our overhaul shop. You will schedule assignments, monitor progress, ensure safe and timely completion, and supervise paperwork accuracy.

You'll train maintenance personnel on Targa policies, participate in safety meetings, and drive continuous improvement using Maximo and preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Maintenance Technicians, scheduling, monitoring progress, and coaching.
• Ensure maintenance staff follow Safety & Environmental policies and SOPs.
• Attend and lead Safety meetings and tailgate safety sessions.
• Oversee housekeeping and safe operation of company vehicles and equipment.
• Interview, select, and hire maintenance personnel for short- or long-term needs.
