Job summary

Liberty Energy Services, LLC is seeking a LPI Maintenance Service Leader in Odessa, TX. The role leads day‑to‑day maintenance across CNG, compression, field gas, and DOT transport equipment, ensuring safe, reliable operations and adherence to schedules.

It requires coordinating resources, driving quality, and bridging field and upper leadership. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of oil and gas service experience, a CNG certification, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of oil and gas service experience.
• Experience managing teams of more than six people.
• Must pass the CNG certification from the Railroad Commission of Texas.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day maintenance execution across multiple basins.
• Coordinate personnel, equipment and tools to meet schedules and priorities.
• Ensure units are ready and cleared before returning to service.
• Provide regional oversight and communicate changes to maintenance plans.
• Coach technicians and crew leads to improve safety, quality and productivity.
