Job summary

Phillips Corporation is seeking a dedicated Haas Service Specialist to perform on-site maintenance and elite troubleshooting, including CHAMP programs, across the region. You will partner with factory support and inside service teams to reduce downtime and boost equipment uptime.

The role emphasizes critical thinking, customer-first service, and a commitment to continuous improvement, with travel up to 80% and competitive pay plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical skills required.
• A mechatronics, machining or engineering certificate or degree is a plus but not required.
• CNC or machine tool knowledge or experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics is helpful.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the month to customer sites around the region.
• Good communication skills and ability to deal with customers professionally.
• Ability to keep track of expenses and manage paperwork relating to maintenance completed.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site troubleshooting and maintenance for Haas equipment.
• Deliver CHAMP maintenance reports and feedback to factory support.
• Collaborate with factory support and inside service teams to minimize downtime.
• Aim for fast response times and excellent customer experience.
