ADT is seeking a Field Technician to install and support low‑voltage security systems in customers' homes and businesses across the Cincinnati area, delivering reliable service.

You will perform installations, site assessments, testing, and configuration, educate customers on features, and uphold safety and quality. A valid driver’s license and availability for evenings/weekends are required; strong troubleshooting and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency with computer hardware, software, and network diagnostics.
• Ability to operate a company fleet vehicle safely.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer‑first communication.
• Self‑directed with solid time management.

Responsibilities
