Insight Global is seeking a Low Voltage Tech to support critical communications and infrastructure across substations, service facilities, and control centers. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, testing, certifying, and troubleshooting copper and fiber networks with safety and quality in mind.

The position is Amarillo, TX-based, covering a large field area with a company vehicle provided; four 10-hour shifts Mon-Thu with possible OT for Fridays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical, telecommunications, structured cabling, or related experience.
• Experience with OTDR equipment and fiber/Copper installation.
• Ability to read electrical and telecom drawings.

Responsabilités

• Install and maintain electrical and communications infrastructure.
• Terminate, test, certify, and troubleshoot copper and fiber cabling.
• Perform fiber splicing, OTDR testing, and certification testing.
• Support projects across substations and service centers.
• Maintain documentation and as-built drawings; ensure safety compliance.
