Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking independent contractors with expertise in construction classifications (ISO Classes 1–6) and general liability to perform on-site inspections for a variety of commercial risks. You will expand your portfolio by inspecting Retail stores, offices, churches, restaurants, and apartment complexes, and by generating clear reports.

Reports include exterior measurements, photos, observations, and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor role
• Background screening required (criminal and motor vehicle record)
• Ability to inspect properties and produce reports
