Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking independent contractors in the United States to perform on-site property and general liability inspections. You’ll work with ISO classes 1–6 and report findings to clients with clear recommendations.

Inspections focus on commercial risks across retail, offices, churches, restaurants, and multi-family properties. Pay is per completed report with weekly processing of payments and a flat-rate model, based on client specifications.

Qualifications

• Contractor with expertise in construction classifications (ISO Classes 1–6) and general liability.
• Experience performing on-site inspections of property and liability coverage for commercial risks.
• Ability to produce clear, concise inspection reports with observations and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of targeted properties.
• Prepare clear, concise inspection reports with photos, measurements, and diagrams.
• Document observations, hazards, and recommended actions.
• Deliver reports per client specifications and timelines.
