Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking independent contractor inspectors in the United States to perform on-site inspections for property and general liability risks across commercial properties. You will focus on ISO classifications 1–6 and prepare thorough reports.

Reports include exterior measurements, photos, observations, recommendations, and a summary of conditions. Payments are issued weekly and based on completed reports per client specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience with property and general liability for commercial risks.
• On-site inspection experience preferred.
• Ability to produce clear, concise reports with photos and diagrams.
