Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking independent contractors with expertise in Construction Classifications (ISO 1–6) and General Liability to perform on-site inspections for a wide range of commercial risks. You will conduct site inspections and produce clear reports with exterior measurements, photos, observations and recommendations.

Payments are processed weekly and per assignment, typically $45–$100 per report. We operate across the United States with a typical radius of 60 miles for assignments; background

Qualifications

• Expertise in Construction Classifications (ISO 1–6) and General Liability.
• Experience inspecting commercial risks across property and liability lines.
• Ability to produce clear, structured reports for clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections at client sites.
• Prepare clear, concise reports including findings and recommendations.
• Include exterior measurements/diagrams and photographs in reports.
• Summarize current conditions and any visible hazards.
