Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking independent contractor inspectors with expertise in Construction Classifications (ISO 1–6) and General Liability to expand our nationwide network. This role focuses on property and liability inspections for a wide range of commercial risks.

You will conduct on-site inspections and prepare clear, concise reports with exterior measurements, photographs, observations, and recommended mitigations. Weekly payments are based on completed reports.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor with construction classification expertise (ISO 1–6).
• Experience in property and general liability inspections.
• Ability to produce clear, concise inspection reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections across assigned properties.
• Prepare clear, concise reports including measurements and photos.
• Identify hazards and provide observations and recommendations.
