This is a Part-Time/Occasional role with hours that vary; you set your own schedule and work from home, with travel to inspection sites within your territory. Responsibilities include conducting physical inspections on commercial or residential properties, identifying risks, preparing surveys and reports with photographs, and coordinating with insured via phone, email and text.

Qualifications

• Competent use of digital camera; basic word processing and emailing skills.
• Ability to schedule inspections and communicate with insured.
• Willingness to travel within territory and report findings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections of commercial or residential properties.
• Identify risks and document with photos.
• Prepare surveys and reports including multiple pictures.
• Coordinate scheduling with insured via phone, email, and text.
• Communicate survey status via internal reports.
