Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of commercial or residential properties.
• Identify risks to reduce accidents.
• Prepare schedules to maximize time and meet service targets.
• Communicate with insured via phone, email and text to set up appointments.
• Complete physical loss control surveys with photos.
• Prepare required reports including multiple pictures.
• Provide progress updates through internal reports.
