ASRC Energy Services, LLC is seeking an Expeditor for operations on the North Slope of Alaska. The role involves delivering project materials to jobsites, transporting employees, supplies, and documentation across field locations, and coordinating purchases and supplier communications to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, managing purchase orders, and utilizing Oracle or similar procurement tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in materials handling and transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and purchasing software such as Oracle, Passport, or SAP.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Contact suppliers, track shipments, and resolve delays or changes.
• Complete and monitor purchase orders.
• Use Oracle procurement module to complete procurement and reporting tasks.
• Sort, file, and deliver paperwork and supplies to departments including mail, payroll, and project documentation.
