Fairweather is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate logistics across multiple projects, setting up supply plans, selecting vendors, and moving equipment and personnel through Prudhoe Bay, Kuparuk, and other remote locations.

You will plan multimodal movements, manage inventory and warehousing, track shipments, and report delays to keep rig schedules intact; strong negotiation and ERP skills are required, with familiarity of Alaska shipping routes preferred.

Formación

• Experience coordinating logistics for remote or industrial projects.
• Strong negotiation and contract administration skills.
• Planning and scheduling across competing projects with good judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop logistics plans, resource-loaded schedules, and cost forecasts for each project, including weather contingency.
• Solicit bids, evaluate proposals, select vendors, and manage contracts and change orders.
• Coordinate equipment and materials logistics to remote sites; track shipments and report delays.
• Ensure shipments meet DOT, ADEC, and HSE requirements and communicate status to stakeholders.
