Fairweather is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support multiple concurrent projects across Alaska. You will set up logistics plans, select vendors, and manage equipment, materials, and staffing for operations from Anchorage to Prudhoe Bay and remote sites.

Ideal candidates have strong procurement, scheduling, and cost-tracking skills, with experience coordinating multi-modal shipments, ensuring DOT and environmental compliance, and communicating clearly with field crews and regulators.

Formación

• Experience in logistics coordination for energy/resource projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT hazmat and safety requirements is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build logistics plans, resource-loaded schedules, and cost forecasts for projects.
• Solicit bids, evaluate proposals, and select vendors based on safety, cost, and schedule criteria.
• Coordinate equipment and materials logistics from Alaska origins to remote sites.
• Track shipments by status, ETA, and cost; report delays to protect rig schedules.
• Ensure shipments meet DOT, ADEC, and company environmental requirements.
