Job summary

Hawaiian Telcom is seeking a Field Logistics Specialist to manage field logistics processes for the Oahu warehouse and outer island distribution centers. You will coordinate warehouse activities to ensure timely field delivery and inventory accuracy, while aligning with company policies and external factors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years in related field
• 3+ years in warehouse operations and materials management preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily logistics operations within Field Support Services and ensures compliance with Hawaiian Telcom policies
• Assist in developing efficient field delivery processes and awareness among department users
• Develop and maintain inventory control procedures and perform physical counts
• Coordinate inventory planning, stocking, and replenishment to support field technicians
• Ensure equipment and materials handling across warehouses, including maintenance records
