Qualified candidates will have 3–5 years of warehouse experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and drive 1-ton+ trucks. Salary range is $72,000–$84,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse and/or inventory management experience.
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• Candidate must demonstrate strong verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and have a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive F250 & F350 (1 ton+) trucks to coordinate and make material deliveries and pickups.
• Must pass Department of Transportation (DOT) exam.
• Drive forklift.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory control, parts ordering, shipping/receiving, and tool/equipment management.
• Contain waste oil and schedule pickups by waste oil vendor; ensure proper disposal and documentation.
• Prepare and submit required paperwork for state taxes due on hazardous waste shipments.
• Arrange delivery of parts or equipment to jobsites.
• Track and submit required paperwork for city parking permits and provide fleet administration support.
