Synagro WWT, Inc. in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day process control and project activities, including dewatering, dredging, and cleaning service projects.

You will manage a team of operators, leads, and subcontractors across multiple scopes and geographies. The role requires strong safety leadership, budget and KPI management, and the ability to travel on-site for more than half of the projects.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
