Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 8+ years of Warehouse, Supply Chain, or Logistics experience.
• Experience in construction or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass drug and background check.
• Strong leadership with decision-making, problem solving and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage job site deliveries to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead and coach onsite logistics teams (up to 10 members).
• Develop relationships with suppliers and coordinate with off-site partners.
• Establish priorities for a small crew across multiple operations.
• Monitor and report logistics KPIs to leadership.
• Support remobilization of crews and execution of site logistics plans.
