Job summary

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, forklift operation certification if needed, and a willingness to travel to job sites up to 100% of the time.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management skills in logistics.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Valid US driver's license and willingness to travel 100%.
• Knowledge of construction/electrical/solar/renewable sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site-specific logistics strategies.
• Oversight of onsite logistics team and leadership delivery.
• Ensure efficient material handling, storage, and distribution.
• Coordinate with site management and stakeholders.
• Prepare logistics plans and documentation; attend meetings.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance; supervise equipment use.
• Train junior personnel on logistics processes.
