Job summary

G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Logistics Associate to efficiently schedule equipment service calls and moves, maintain files, and support asset management to drive sales and profits.

You will work daily with logistics software, enter work orders, assign tasks to technicians, and analyze routing and KPI dashboards to improve efficiency while delivering excellent internal and external customer service.

Qualifications

• Requires 1-3 years of front-end software management in distribution or DSD.
• Experience with logistics scheduling and call-center style coordination preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule equipment service calls and moves to optimize routes.
• Enter work orders in CEM and coordinate with technicians.
• Maintain routing accuracy and fleet data for cost control.
• Collaborate with Logistics Manager and Service Managers to improve processes.
• Monitor Power BI dashboards to improve service levels.
• Ensure data integrity across CE and VIP systems.
