Job summary

G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc. is seeking a Field Logistics Associate to coordinate service calls, equipment moves and routing to boost efficiency, accuracy, and profitability while protecting company assets.

You will use logistics software (CEM, VIP, Power BI, SharePoint) to enter work orders, assign routes, support technicians, and analyze data to improve operational standards. A high school diploma and 1–3 years in logistics or distribution are required; benefits include 401K matching,

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1–3 years front-end software management or logistics experience in distribution.
Experience with routing and scheduling is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.

Responsibilities

Coordinate service calls and equipment moves to optimize routing.
Enter work orders and maintain accurate data in CEM and routing systems.
Assign routes and regions to technicians and delivery crews to maximize efficiency.
Monitor active work orders and analyze data to improve operations.
Maintain documentation and support managers with procedural improvements.
