Calista Brice is seeking a Field Logistics Coordinator to support remote Alaskan projects across Anchorage, Nome, Bethel, and other sites. The role blends office coordination with yard duties, coordinating freight movements, inventory, and material distribution to keep projects on schedule.
You will work with Project Managers, Foremen, and vendors, operate a loader, maintain records, and ensure safety and compliance with DOT and company policies.
STG Inc Regular JOB SUMMARY: The Field Logistics Coordinator supports field operations by coordinating freight movements, deliveries, inventory control, yard operations, and material distribution for projects throughout Alaska. This position works closely with Project Managers, Foremen, vendors, freight carriers, and the Procurement & Logistics team to ensure materials, equipment, and supplies are packaged, documented, transported, and delivered accurately and on schedule. The role combines office-based coordination with hands‑on yard responsibilities, including operating equipment, organizing inventory, loading and unloading freight, and supporting logistics activities in Anchorage, Nome, Bethel, and remote project locations.
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

STG has a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment requiring a high degree of efficiency, organization, and attention to detail while supporting multiple projects with changing priorities and deadlines. This position routinely works in both office and outdoor yard environments and may be exposed to varying weather conditions, moving equipment, vehicle traffic, noise, dust, and uneven terrain while loading, unloading, organizing, and transporting materials. The employee must exercise flexibility regarding last‑minute project needs, changing logistics schedules, and varying workloads. At times, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required to meet operational deadlines, support freight movements, or respond to project requirements. Strict adherence to Company safety policies and procedures is required while working in both office and field environments.
