Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Field Life Agent to drive growth by building relationships, developing leads, and selling Life, Health, Annuity, Membership, and Financial Services products. You’ll combine consultative sales, product knowledge, and customer service to uncover needs, close sales, and meet production goals.

You will collaborate with branch partners to maximize referrals and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining compliance and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Active valid State Life license.
• Maintain Life and Health licenses required to sell products.
• Possession of a valid State driver’s license.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with a proven record of successfully soliciting and selling life insurance products.
• Experience selling intangible products.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and sell Life & Health insurance and Annuity products under minimal supervision primarily within ACG branch location.
• Develop leads and prospects for new accounts through marketing activities such as phone calls, mailings, referrals, networking, website inquiries, and seminars.
• Prepare proposals and close sales of Life, Health, Annuity, Membership, and Financial Services products.
• Achieve established sales goals.
• Product Knowledge & Sales Expertise: Maintain thorough knowledge of product features, marketing techniques, and sales techniques.
• Respond to customer inquiries and problems. Customer Service & Relationship Management: Build sales opportunities through customer engagement and follow-up.
• Complete appropriate applications and forms. Operations, Compliance & Documentation: Follow internal processing procedures to ensure transactions comply with company policies and practices.
• Work collaboratively with others in the Branch to reach business goals. Collaboration & Cross-Selling: Maximize leads, sales opportunities, and cross-sell opportunities.
