Job summary

Sanofi in Waltham, MA, is seeking a Quality Training Lead to drive end-to-end governance of global training programs and content in alignment with GMP and regulatory standards.

The role leads strategic initiatives, collaborates across VR&D sites, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement in training methodologies, while serving as the training compliance SME for quality systems and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent and 5+ years in training, learning management, quality, compliance, documentation or QA.
• Experience with GMP/regulatory standards is preferred.
• Hands-on LMS experience and QA/compliance exposure are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Global Training Center at senior level and ensure strategic alignment globally.
• Drive continuous improvement, share best practices, and innovate training methodologies.
• Own governance of training matrices, plans, and content aligning with GMP and regulatory standards.
• Establish KPIs to identify compliance gaps and lead corrective actions.
• Collaborate with VR&D across sites to harmonize training and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Design and execute strategic initiatives to strengthen training programs at scale.
• Serve as SME for training compliance in quality systems (Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls).
• Guide SMEs in creating and revising training materials and assessments for compliance.
• Lead high-visibility pilots and global training initiatives to set benchmarks.
• Support audits with pre-audit docs and inspector requests, demonstrating iLearn expertise.
